Owner and Instructor
Hi, I’m Brandy Mouser — a registered yoga instructor (ERYT-200) and licensed massage therapist based in Dexter, Missouri. I’m passionate about helping others find balance, strength, and peace through mindful movement and healing touch. My approach blends restorative and therapeutic techniques to nurture both body and spirit, whether on the mat or the massage table. I believe wellness is a journey of connection — to yourself, your breath, and the present moment.
When I’m not teaching or in session, you’ll find me enjoying nature, exploring a new travel destination or cooking a delicious meal!
