I’m calling this “ImmuniTuesday” We revisit the immune boosting moves we did last week and add some big breath work designed to move more air, lymph and blood through our brains and bodies.
If you’ve been missing my sweet puppy Rollins, she makes quite a few appearances in today’s practice! We move together, and find our balance, and get deep into our hips. Let’s flow and laugh together!
Loosen up your shoulders and arms and wrists a lot today! I know we are all on our devices more these days, so lets keep those areas supple and healthy!
